I came to this Burger King for the first time last night and I went through the drive through and was out faster than I could even think about where I was. I ordered and within 20 seconds I paid and already had my food like it was waiting for me. I was incredibly surprised by this and it kept me thinking all night about how fast the service was so I had to come back today and go through again it was lighting speed. Definitely the best Burger King in Kitchener/Waterloo

The burger buns were excessively greasy, and the chicken was tough to chew, resembling an aged texture. Furthermore, the chicken had an unappetizing taste, as if it had been stored for a considerable period. To add to the disappointment, the price was high for the quality of the food. it was a regrettable experience that fell short of expectations.

Order 81 drive thru, tried calling the store but no one picks up. Ordered and told the employee that I had whopper meal coupon. Approached the pick up window and she told me I have to tell her about the coupon at the speaker. My order was not what I ordered. They gave me a regular whopper meal and it ruined my appetite because I order it without onions and pickles. These guys at the window should confirm with customers and make sure we leave their with the correct order. Also there should be a test done with speakers and head sets, since that's what the employee blames. If you have a phone number on the website or receipt than it should be working in the store or set a voice-mail. Feedback is important when we are paying for your food.

Horrible service! If you go inside to order you wait about 5-10 mins before ANYONE even looks at you let alone say hello or even take your order. The people at the front taking orders should NEVER be up front as they have the most attitude ever, never asked what kind of sauce I would like for my nuggets. I also ordered onion rings with my meal and after waiting about 10 mins for a simple order (and there was one person ahead of me getting a double cheeseburger) I first asked the girl up front if there was a zesty sauce in the bag which she snarkaly replied yes! Then I asked for sauces for my nuggets as she never did when taking my order…when I back to my work to eat my food there was no zesty sauce and everything was just thrown in the bag with no care at all!DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER GOING HERE! Go to the McDonald’s that’s right beside…at least they have standards!

The quality of fast food has deteriorated over the years. Raise the price and minimize the toppings. If you want to know how many chips you can take out of a bag until the customer notices...well I noticed. This is not the Whopper I wanted to pay for

Place was dead, had no business when I came but the manager sure felt the need to have an attitude because she couldn't get my order right. Not my fault and nor do I have to deal with the attitude over a simple correction of an order. I always get suspicious after people tell me to go wait out front while they take a 'little extra longer' to bring me my food after they got upset. The fries had like a pound of salt put on them and the bacon was harder than an old cookie. I've felt sick ever since and if the manager or whoever felt inclined to try and 'alter' my food out of anger you're the lowest form of human being. You choose to work there therefore it's your responsibility to uphold the image and value of the establishment. We all got stress but I won't take your shhh.

Gross ! If they don’t get there act together I’m going to stop going there. It’s either cold food or bad tasting food and drinks. So sick of lazy staff and bad management not caring about the quality of food ! Going to start going to another restaurant.

The bun was not toasted at all the burger was so called it looked like someone ordered it before and it was just out laying in the cold and as soon as when we ordered they gave it to us.

Went through drive through. W.o.w. !The woman at the window couldn't even be bothered to look out at me. She was literally turned around and just her arm kept swinging out the window. First the debit machine. Then the drink, them the food. She wasn't even aiming it in my direction! I was having to reach up to where her arm was to get it. Asked for salt and you would have thought I asked for the world! This person definitely has no concept of customer service basics and should be reserved for back house duties if you want to keep her.The food was cold and gross. I ate in the parking lot so there is no way it was from the food sitting too long. There were virtually no condiments on the sandwich. It was almost like eating a plain burger with a surprise shred of lettuce or ketchup in a bite if you were lucky.Won't be returning.
