Food was fine but for was sticky everywhere. The bathroom had no paper towels and the dryer didn't work. The door to the handicapped toilet hits the sink so you can't exit the toilet and have someone wash hands at the same time.

Service was good, cashier was pleasant and the poutine was good - fresh and hot. I ordered a Big Fish, Whopper and Poutine for takeout. Got home and found I was given one napkin that was crumpled up and stuffed into the bag.What has happened to Burger King policy of 1 napkin for each food item? Also, no cutlery - I suppose I should eat my poutine with my fingers???Has BK changed the way Whopoers are made? A couple of tiny scraps of lettuce, 6½ pickles, looks like the ketchup was an afterthought... and they just about missed the burger. Everything was obviously piled on the crown of the bun then slapped together.I spent 13 years managing Burger King restaurants, my staff would never consider serving a substandard product like this.

Sad but this BK was not clean. Tables where dirty(not surface) seats dirty, payplace closed with boxes tossed in it as a garbage room I think. Bad atmosphere but the staff are very friendly and helpful. It must be a low staff issue?

DO NOT ORDER HERE..If I could give zero stars I would, honestly if I could give negatives I would do that. The service here is outrageously horrible and so rude, and my whole order was messed up and not what I asked for. I also asked for a refund because I paid an additional amount for half the things I didn’t ask for, which I only realized when I got to house. When I told them I would like a refund they talked to me with so much attitude and were so and told us that they can only keep the refunds for ten minutes and after you are not allowed to issue any refunds, which absolutely ridiculous from my knowledge no system does that. I ended up only getting like $10 from my $35 order of stuff I did not want, and did I mention the added ketchup to my burger when i was like so specifically said NO ketchup. Also their flamed grill is not grill like where I do not see it, I attached a image. Anyway dont order here trash food and trash disrespectful staff and the worst like im depressed now.

Typical brown owned franchise. Could care less about the quality of food. Whopper with 2 micro thin pieces of tomato, see through mushy lettuce, one piece pickle, and a sliver of onion. wish I had not waited to get home to eat it. Never again, no wonder this BK is a ghost down.

The absolute worst whoppers we've ever had. Minuscule tomato's, odd tough bun, not enough mayo, cold meat. Ugggggh. We both love whoppers ( langely makes good ones), and we won't be returning to this sumas location.

Well whopper Wednesday was good, forgot to add the cheese. Had a hard time finding a clean table in the dinning area. Obviously covid made there employees compaicent. Looks like indo Canadian owned and operated so can't expect much better. Better to use the drive thru.

Was hungry. Before going, I ordered on line. When we got there, no line up. Yah! But we had to pull ahead, and wait til they brought the order out. Waited so long, we thought they had to butcher a cow they had to pick up in Alberta. When we finally got it, it was hot and yummy. (Probably cause now we're starving!) Prepare to wait if u go on whopper Wednesday.

They made all our burgers wrong and then told us they were out of mayo, onions, etc. but made never said anything before hand. Pop machine only had sprite working. Drive thru customers we’re losing their minds. Two families were waiting for over 15 mins for their orders while other later orders were fulfilled. Never eating here again.

Customer service was prompt, friendly, and professional. Food was hot and fresh and well put together (unlike the golden arches lately). Dining area was bright and clean. It's certainly nothing special but it was a good Burger King experience.
